Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The digital product is technicaly defective and cannot be fixed.
  • The product is significantly different from what was described on the product page.
  • You accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the same product.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • You simply "changed your mind" or "no longer need" the product.
  • You do not have the technical skills (or required software) to use the product.
  • The product has already been downloaded or the license key has been activated.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us via the Contact Page or email billing@thopee.top within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number and the reason for your request.

Note: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
